Our home ground is Shadforth Park in North Bendigo and the club competes in BASL’s Central Victorian League 1.

AGM
​Golden City's 2023 Annual General Meeting will take place Monday 20th November from 7pm at Golden City Clubrooms, Fenton Street North Bendigo
​
We encourage players, parents, coaches, members, former members and club volunteers to attend. It would be excellent to have at the very least one representative from each team, juniors and seniors, be it a coach, manager, player, parent or volunteer in attendance.
​
We are currently searching for volunteers to join the Golden City Football Club Committee as General Committee members for the 2024 season and beyond. The club is also looking for people to help in a number of other volunteer positions, from sub-committee positions, to ground maintenance and line marking, social media, canteen duties and more.

Finals
Congratulations to our U16 Girls. 2023 Champions and Super Cup winners!
Our girls beat out closest rivals Castlemaine Goldfields FC to 2023 League Championship, claiming the league by 1 point on the final day of the season. They then went on to do the double over Castlemaine as they ran out 4-1 winners in the Super Cup final!

Volunteers
Golden City FC is looking for volunteers in a number of positions to join the club for the 2024 season.
​
There are no special skills or knowledge necessary to take on a role, just a willingness to step up and help out. It's not possible to put teams on the pitch without the commitment of our volunteers. Our aim is to at least double the number of volunteers on our Committee and Subcommittees in 2024 to ensure a sustainable structure moving into the future.
We are looking for volunteers in the following positions:

2024 Season
The 2023 season may be over, but the 2024 season is just a few short months away.

Are interested in joining Golden City for the 2024 season?
We encourage all players young and old, of all experience and skill levels to fill in our Expression of Interest Form so you can stay up to date on the upcoming 2024 season.

Pre-season training for senior teams is set to kick off in November, and juniors will follow in the new year.
